PRODUCTS

All products sold by Divine Furniture Manufacturing LLC (DH Furniture) are brand new, unused, and free from damage at the time of dispatch. Ownership of all products remains with DH Furniture until full payment has been received.

We make every effort to ensure that product images, colors, dimensions, and descriptions are accurate. However, minor variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or manufacturing tolerances. Any questions regarding product size, color, or specifications must be clarified before placing an order. DH Furniture will not be responsible for minor variations from displayed images or descriptions.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Most furniture sold by DH Furniture is delivered through our delivery service. Our team will contact you in advance to schedule delivery.

Delivery is typically made to your home or building entrance. Assembly, unpacking, and removal of packaging may be provided where agreed. In certain cases, customers may be responsible for moving items inside the home or for assembly.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel an order, customers must contact Divine Furniture Manufacturing LLC (DH Furniture) by phone or email. A cancellation request is only considered valid once confirmed by DH Furniture.

Orders may be canceled within one (1) business day of confirmation without any cancellation or delivery charges. Cancellations requested after this period may be subject to applicable charges.

If an order is placed using Tabby and later canceled, a 6% charge of the total invoice amount will be deducted and payable by the customer.

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Customized or made-to-order furniture is produced specifically according to customer requirements. These items cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has started. In case of any issues, repairs will be provided where applicable.

DAMAGES & CLAIMS

DH Furniture takes all reasonable precautions to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. In rare cases where damage occurs, customers must report the issue within three (3) working days of delivery.

If damage is noted on the delivery receipt, DH Furniture will arrange repair or replacement of the affected parts at no additional cost. For customized products, replacement is not available; repairs will be provided instead.

DISCLAIMERS

Colors, finishes, and textures shown online may differ slightly from the actual product. By placing an order, the customer accepts this possibility.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order confirmation details and must notify DH Furniture within 24 hours if the confirmation email is not received or if any errors are found.

Customers must ensure that purchased items will fit into the intended space. If an item cannot fit and needs to be returned, the order will be subject to DH Furniture’s cancellation policy.

While we strive for accuracy, DH Furniture does not guarantee that all website content, pricing, or product availability is error-free. Prices and promotions may change without prior notice. In rare cases of errors or unavailability, DH Furniture reserves the right to cancel the order or contact the customer for further instructions.
